musty smellwater stains

i had a pretty frustrating stay. the room smelled like it had been closed up for ages, sort of musty. plus, there was a stain on the carpet near the minibar. the bathroom looked nice enough, but the toilet was oddly low, and there were water stains on the ceiling (i guess, leaks?).

The reception gentleman was very helpful and friendly. My room had good size, and its bed was HUGE. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and selection was GREAT. I liked that i was attending a concert at wylam brewery. This brewery was about a fifteen minute walk, a lovely area.

My room was having smelly humidity, plus, a coffee stained armchair and torn curtains.
